This agreement regulates your access to the Novastitchia website and every order placed with Novastitchia, an independent online dress store serving customers within Singapore. By using the website, submitting an order, accepting delivery, or requesting after-sales assistance, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you disagree, refrain from submitting an order. Contact outfit@novastitchia.com before ordering if any provision requires clarification.
Novastitchia sells dresses exclusively within Singapore and does not accept overseas deliveries. Product descriptions, photographs, sizing details, availability, and prices allow shoppers to assess their choices. Screens, lighting, production, and measurement methods may cause differences in color, texture, or dimensions. Website content does not promise ensured results.
Every order depends on availability, accurate information, a serviceable address, and our acceptance. An automated acknowledgment does not confirm dispatch. We may verify details or decline an order if information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, delivery is impracticable, or previous failed deliveries create a reasonable fulfillment concern. Restrictions will be applied fairly and lawfully.
Prices are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Novastitchia accepts Cash on Delivery only. The entire amount must be ready when the courier arrives. We collect no online card payment. Customers must verify the amount before ordering. Delivery is free within our supported Singapore service area.
Orders normally arrive within two to three business days: one day for inspection, preparation, packing, and dispatch, then one to two days for transit. Business days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays. Address issues, severe weather, transport disruption, access restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control may affect estimates. We will communicate material delays when practicable.
Customers must provide a complete address, reachable telephone number, and available recipient. If nobody is present or the payable amount is unavailable, one further delivery will be attempted. A second failure cancels the order. Repeated failed deliveries may affect future order acceptance after reasonable review.
Shoppers may ask to cancel while the order remains with Novastitchia and before courier handover. Email outfit@novastitchia.com promptly with the order details. Cancellation is unavailable after handover because transport has begun. Refusal after dispatch may be recorded as a failed delivery. Mandatory statutory solutions remain unaffected.
The eligibility period starts on the delivery date and lasts thirty calendar days. A return is available only when the dress arrived damaged, an incorrect product was delivered, or an incorrect size was delivered compared with the order. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Customers should email outfit@novastitchia.com within the period, identify the order and issue, and provide reasonable supporting photographs when requested.
The item must remain in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by included labels and accessories, except for reasonable inspection. Novastitchia charges no restocking or doorstep collection fee for an eligible return. We will arrange collection with the customer.
Once collected, Novastitchia examines the item within twenty-four hours. We will determine whether it is damaged, incorrect, or the wrong size against the order. Accepted claims receive an exchange when suitable stock is available. Otherwise, we provide a refund.
Accepted refunds are processed by bank transfer after the twenty-four-hour inspection. Customers must provide accurate bank information as instructed. Funds may take up to seven business days to appear, depending on the provider. Novastitchia is not responsible for delays caused solely by inaccurate details or banking systems.
Shoppers must submit accurate information, review size guidance, maintain delivery access, prepare the payable amount, inspect deliveries, and report concerns promptly. They must not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, disrupt operations, or use content unlawfully. Customers choose their size unless the delivered size differs from the order.
Website text, graphics, photographs, layout, branding, and original materials belong to Novastitchia or official licensors and are legally protected. Customers may view them for personal shopping but may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without permission. Third-party links are provided for convenience and remain independently controlled.
Where legally permitted, Novastitchia is not liable for unforeseeable indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts statutory consumer rights, or excuses failure to exercise reasonable caution. Limitations will be interpreted fairly under Singapore law.
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. They operate alongside the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, Sale of Goods Act 1979, Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, Electronic Transactions Act 2010, and Personal Data Protection Act 2012. If a mandatory legal right conflicts with these Terms, that right prevails. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.
Novastitchia may revise these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date and apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver.
